My projects
The things I build on the side — apps, tools, and experiments I couldn't not make. Four have a full write-up, screenshots and all; the rest live on GitHub while I get around to it. In rough order of how finished they are.
A personal dashboard for every initiative I run: auto-synced from a few passive sources, scored by a nightly-retrained model, and honest the moment automation can’t finish a step on its own.
Formerly Blackjack Mastery. A practice app that teaches blackjack basic strategy and card counting properly — lessons, graded drills, a live table simulator, and a mastery system that only says you’ve got it once you’ve proved it. 921 tests, in TestFlight beta.
A CLI and MCP tool that compiles the most relevant slice of a repo into a token-budgeted bundle for AI coding agents — real semantic search, 146/146 tests passing, up to 99.9% token reduction, live on npm.
Connect a trip’s photos and get a designed album back: grouped by day, best shots picked by a model, captions drafted, laid out in one of 12 Looks across 117 themes. Working build, preview mode.
